Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all games and applications (each a “Product”) published by NUKTEDAN LTD (“we”, “us”). Our Products may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store (iOS), Steam, Epic Games Store, and Meta Quest (each a “Platform”). Products are provided as-is.
Summary
- We do not intentionally collect personal data from within the Product under our control (e.g., no in-app accounts, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party analytics SDKs integrated by us). However, your device operating system and the Platform may process data independently (see Section 4).
- We use no ads, no analytics, no third-party tracking SDKs, and no custom crash-reporting SDKs.
- We operate no backend servers that receive Product telemetry or personal data.
- If you email us, we use your email and message only to respond.
- If you interact with us on social media (e.g., YouTube), the social platform processes your data under its own policy.
1) Information our Products collect
Our Products do not collect personal data. This means we do not collect or transmit, from within any Product:
- name, email, phone number, or account details
- device identifiers for tracking (e.g., advertising ID)
- analytics or usage events
- precise location data
- contacts, photos, files, microphone recordings, or similar personal content
No registration is required inside our Products.
2) Ads, analytics, tracking, and crash reporting
- Ads: Our Products do not include advertising and do not integrate ad networks.
- Analytics / tracking: Our Products do not integrate analytics services and do not perform behavioral tracking.
- Crash reporting: We do not integrate third-party crash-reporting SDKs (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry).
Note: your device operating system and/or the Platform may generate their own diagnostic logs independently (see Section 4).
3) Backend and network services
We do not operate Product backend services that receive Product telemetry or personal data. Our Products are designed to function without sending your data to our servers.
4) Platform and store processing (independent third parties)
When you download, install, purchase, or use a Product via a Platform, that Platform may process certain information independently from us, for example:
- account and authentication
- purchases, subscriptions, refunds (if applicable)
- fraud prevention and security
- download/installation/updates
- platform compliance and diagnostics
This may apply when using:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Steam
- Epic Games Store
- Meta Quest
Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and settings. We do not control those systems.
We may access aggregated sales and performance reports provided by Platforms (e.g., downloads, purchases, regions). These reports are generated by the Platforms and are typically aggregated and not designed to identify individual users.
Purchases (IAP)
If a Product offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by the Platform you use (for example Apple App Store, Steam, Epic Games Store, Meta Quest) under that Platform’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.
Unity IAP
Unity IAP may be used to enable purchases across Platforms. Unity’s Unity IAP documentation indicates that Unity IAP does not collect personal data about app users. Purchase processing, billing, and refunds are handled by the Platform and/or on your device. We do not operate our own purchase-validation backend servers unless we explicitly state otherwise in a Product-specific notice and update this Privacy Policy.
5) Location data
Our Products do not collect precise real-time location information.
6) Information you provide to us (Support)
If you contact us at hello@nuktedan.rocks, we will receive information you choose to share, typically:
- your email address
- the contents of your message
- any attachments you send (e.g., screenshots)
Purpose: We use this information only to respond and provide support.
Retention: We keep support communications only as long as necessary to handle the request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them where practical.
Legal basis (where applicable): legitimate interests (responding to support requests) and/or performance of a contract.
Data controller (for data we handle directly, such as support emails): NUKTEDAN LTD.
7) Social media (including YouTube)
We may maintain public profiles/pages (for example on YouTube) where we publish content (including short films and other media, potentially created with Gen-AI tools).
- If you view, follow, comment, like, share, or message us on social media, the social media platform may collect and process information about you under its own privacy policy and your account settings.
- We may see and access the information you make available to us through that platform (for example your username, comments, and messages) and we use it only to:
- respond to comments or messages,
- moderate discussions,
- manage our community presence,
- and (where available) review aggregated page/channel insights provided by the platform.
We do not add tracking to social platforms, and we do not receive personal data from our Products through social media.
10) Website data
When you visit our website, our hosting/CDN provider may process basic technical data (such as IP address, user agent, and request logs) for security and delivery of the site. We do not use marketing cookies or behavioural tracking on the website unless stated otherwise.
9) Children’s privacy
Our Products are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our Products do not collect data in-product, we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through the Products.
If you believe a child has contacted us by email or via social media and provided personal information, contact hello@nuktedan.rocks and we will take reasonable steps to address it (including deletion where appropriate, where we control the data).
10) Security
Because our Products do not collect data in-product, there is no in-product personal data storage or transmission to secure. For support communications (email) and any messages we receive directly on social platforms, we take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect personal data in-product, these rights primarily apply to:
- support communications you send us by email, and/or
- information you share with us directly via social media messages (subject to platform controls).

12) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version where this policy is published and update the effective date below. Continued use of our Products after changes means you accept the updated policy.
